Summary

A unique approach for a calm and enjoyable birthing experience

A gentle approach for birthing is available, often allowing to give birth without pain, peacefully and gently, as much for the mother as for her baby.

visualisation and self-hypnosis, women learn how to take charge and control of their body’s natural endorphins reducing greatly the use of medication.

When a woman is well prepared for birthing and when her body and spirit are in harmony, her natural birthing nature is free to express itself like it is supposed to.

Many advantages!

Women that follow the course are amazed by the HypnoBirthing films and videos that are presented where they can see women birthing peacefully, calmly and fully aware. They can see that these women are experiencing a safe and gentle birth without the Fear-Tension-Pain Syndrome.

The HypnoBirthing method teaches women to free themselves from any previous negative birthing imprints, teaches them to trust their body and to stay calm, also to prevent negative emotions that would create tension of the body.

Women experience a shorter first phase of labour, remaining alert all the time, refreshed and energised. Appropriate breathing and relaxation allow proper oxygenation or the uterus and of the baby. It also reduces fatigue and allows the birthing companion to be fully engaged in the birthing process.

Christèle Rousse teaches future parents HypnoBirhting®, the Marie Mongan method.
